Anytime was born in 2016 to ensure informal businesses are given an opportunity to grow and increase their revenue with services such as loans and access to their essential commodities at best prices in the market.
Anytime is a B2B e-commerce platform that eliminates the inefficiencies of traditional trade by digitizing the retail chain. Anytime has provided over 20,000 informal retailers (Dukas) the convenience to buy over 300+ products from our sales app.
Anytime ensures retailers get better ROI and distributors/ manufacturers grow volume and reach more retailers through our wide distribution network and We make essential goods consistently available to consumers in underprivileged communities.
We work to understand the individual needs of informal retailers by engaging them through different channels before connecting them to whichever service(s) that best helps them grow their business. This could mean ensuring a great assortment of low priced goods is available to them, providing a way for them to manage inventory, or facilitating finance.
Our Mission
Our mission is to target 200,000 + Dukas in Kenya’s informal sector, the true driver of retail in Kenya which accounts for 70% of retail sales and 80% of FMCG sales, These targeted Dukas sell mostly food 54% and beverages 17% and sell small volumes of products, to 95% of Kenyans who frequent Dukas for day – to – day purchases.
Our aim is to understand these informal retailers better than anyone and help them grow in ways they haven’t before
Customer Growth
Working capital access remains one of the biggest challenges to informal retailers across Kenya. Anytime has partnered with financial institutions to provide (BNPL) Buy Now Pay Later facility.
Based on historic purchasing data, regular buyers (Dukas) can take advantage of invoice financing through the Buy Now, Pay Later credit facility typically not available to informal businesses. Buy Now, Pay Later offers short term, collateral free credit by our bankers.
